Tuesday, January 21, 2025, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM in the Henry Gallery

The following prizes will be awarded at the reception: 

$150 - 1st Place Catherine Brogan Founders Award 

$100 - 2nd Place 

$75 - 3rd Place 

$50 - Honorable Mention 

$50 each - 2 Memorial Awards (Leo Wise & Frank Sobyak) 
 

Jury: Work will be juried online by www.showsubmit.com 

ShowSubmit will be open for submissions: Tuesday, October 8, 2025 Deadline: Friday, November 8, 2025 

Notification: Tuesday, November 19, 2025 

Juror: Madeliene Kelly 

Entry Fee: $40 

Labels: Attach 2 identical labels to the back upper left corner of the work. All  work must be wired securely and ready to hang. 

Number of entries per artist: 2 pieces  

Total number of pieces accepted: approximately 75 pieces 

Size restrictions: No larger than 20” x 24” 

Deliver to venue: January 14, 2025, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Pick up unsold work: Friday, March 14, 2025, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Commission: DVAL will collect 20% on all art work sold. 80% of the sale will be  sent to the artist at the conclusion of the exhibition.  

Liability: Penn State Great Valley insures all exhibited artwork. Show coordinator: Candace Stoudt
