Jury Process:

The Byrn Mawr Hospital exhibition is a juried show open to FULL members only.

 

Work is to be delivered to the Newtown Square Presbyterian Church for jurying between 10:00am and 12:45pm. Members may enter two (2) pieces of 2-D artwork (please see submission guidelines for details). Entry fee is $15 ($10 for Board Members). No work will be accepted for the jurying process after 12:45pm. All artwork will be picked up after the membership meeting and after the award winners are announced.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Permanent venue exhibit fees are $15.00 for full members and $10.00 for board members.

Accepted artwork for all Bryn Mawr Hospital exhibits are to be delivered and picked up from Bryn Mawr Hospital, Bodine and Warden Lobby between 9:00am - 10:30am.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Delivery of juried work: February 7, 2027

Pickup of unsold work: June 5, 2027

 

Sales arrangements: Sales will be handled directly between the buyer and the artist. 20% of all sales will be donated by the artist to the Women’s Fund of Bryn Mawr Hospital.
