This is a non-juried show for DVAL Full Members only.

(Featuring plein air paintings from the summer for a People’s Choice Award)*

 

 

Registration:   The first 40 registered members will be accepted.  Registration form on the DVAL website will open September 1 and run through October 15, 2026.

*(Plein Air artists with paintings from Garrett Williamson property must be registered to display their GW paintings and be eligible for the People’s Choice Award).

           

Cost:  $45.00 for 2 panels (6 x 6 area) or $20.00 for up to 2 pieces of plein air work created onsite at Garrett Williamson.

 

Sales Arrangement:   A commission of 15% of all paintings sold will go to Garrett Williamson; sales will be handled by the DVAL Sales Committee.

 

Inventory List:   Artist’s instructions for creating and submitting inventory will be issued in October.

 

Delivery:   Friday, December 11th, between 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.

All work must have an identification label attached to the upper left corner on back of painting. Identification labels may be found on the Members Only section of our website. Artists are responsible for hanging their own work.

 

Pick Up Unsold Work:   Saturday, December 12th, between 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

 

Volunteers:    All participants are required to volunteer their time as needed by show committee leaders.  In addition, finger foods for reception are needed and you will be notified by the person in charge of the hospitality committee.

 

Liability:    All paintings will be handled with care.  In the event of loss or damage, neither GW nor DVAL will be held liable.

 

Work that does not meet DVAL policies and procedures will be rejected by the committee.
