Fine Art Sale open to DVAL Full Members only

Original 2-dimensional work only, no exceptions

 

 

Cost:  $60 - for 2 panels total 6'x6' area (**Artists are responsible for hanging their own work**)

Deliver/hang work:  Friday, April 10, 2026 10:00AM to 1:00PM

Pick Up: unsold work after the show on Sunday, April 12, 2026  4:00PM to 5:00PM

Registration: Artists will register for the event using the online registration form below. The form is active now through January 19, 2026 (closes at 11:59pm) and is limited to the first 40 members.

Inventory List:  A link to a google form with instructions on how to enter your work will be emailed to all participating artists. The form will be available from January 25, 2026 through March 10, 2026. The information on this form is vital for creating labels and for the sales process on the days of the show.

Volunteers: All participants are required to volunteer their time and bring finger foods and will be notified by the person in charge of each committee.

Sales arrangement: 15% commision to the Willows. All sales will be handled by the DVAL Sales Committee.

Exhibition Requirements:

The first 40 members to sign up will be accepted into the Sale

All work must have an identification label (labels are in the Members Only section on the website) attached to the upper left corner at delivery

Artist (short) biography optional

Liability:  All works will be handled with care, however neither the Art Sale Venue or DVAL will be liable for damage or loss.

 

Work that does not meet DVAL Policies and Procedures will be rejected by the committee.
